Your Breakthrough Now

The Enlightenment
Psalm 40: 1-3 (NIV) I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see it and fear and put their trust in the Lord.”
You may be going through something right now. The economy may have affected you and your family; you may be stressed; you may have sickness in your body; you may have lost your job, your home, or your car; your marriage may be failing or you may have already lost your marriage. Whatever the problem may be, you are in need of a breakthrough. And maybe you have already felt you had a breakthrough coming. Well, the SON is getting ready to shine.
Above all, there comes a time in your life when you’ve had ENOUGH. You have had enough fighting, enough blaming, enough crying, enough screaming, and enough struggling. In the midst of all of your difficulties, fears, doubts, pain, disappointments and confusion you realize it is time for change. Likewise, you realize that any possibility of happiness begins with you. You are now awakened. Surely, acceptance brings serenity and acceptance is the first step to conquering all things.
In essence, there is always going to be a little wind and some rain. People are not going to always going to love, appreciate, or approve of who you are or what you are. Moreover, that is okay. Life is all about learning and you never stop learning. As you grow you learn that people do not always say what they mean or mean what they say. You learn that not everyone is always going to be there for you and that everything can NOT ALWAYS be about you. You learn that you have to accept people as they are and that you cannot change any person to be who you want them to be. You learn that you cannot control anyone but yourself and that there is a difference between wanting and needing. You learn that principle, honesty, and integrity really matter in life. You learn that you do not know everything and that the only cross to bear is the one you choose to carry. Do not pray and worry.
Additionally, you learn about love. You learn that alone does not mean lonely and you look at relationships as they really are, not as you would have them to be. “And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.” – 1 John 4:16. The bible also gives a definition of what love is as it is described perfectly in 1 Corinthians 13:4-13 “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
Equally important, learn to rest. Rest the body and relax the mind. Anxiety, worry, fear, and depression tires the body and ultimately the spirit. When the body is weak it cannot fight against doubt, fear, uncertainty or any other negative energy. You need peace. You do not fight against flesh; your spirit is constantly warring against principalities and powers far beyond your understanding. And yet, storms are inevitably going to come. As a result, sometimes God calms the storm, other times God calms His child. The more time you take to rest, laugh, and play the stronger your spirit will be. You cannot fight this spiritual warfare without God.
You are in a holding place and you have been waiting on a move of God. Consequently, life is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Hold on and wait just a little while longer. Joy is coming! Now is the time to put on the whole armor of God. Feed and strengthen the spirit with the word of God. It is time to stop playing church. You can beat the odds and you can get your breakthrough. It is your time and it is your season. Come on out. In particular, stop trying to control people, situations, and outcomes and work on you. Care for yourself with respect. Eat a balanced diet, drink more water, drink less alcohol, and take more time to rest and exercise. Wishing for something to happen is different than working toward making it happen.
Nobody owes you anything and if you want something you have to go after it. Achievement requires direction, discipline, and perseverance. The only thing to fear is fear itself. Life is not always fair and it is balanced with ups and downs. That is the way it is. Do not let the valleys drag you down. Speak over yourself and encourage yourself if you have to, but never stop believing. Victory is yours to be proclaimed. There really is power in the tongue. Therefore, be mindful of what you say about yourself. You are not exempt from the trials and tribulations of life. Realize that nobody is punishing you. “Life happens, you can only sail your ship according to the power of the water that flows.” - Kai. Figure out how to navigate through your tests and tribulations. “It is not the difficulties of the tides that come against you so as much as it is the skillful sailing that makes your journey successful.” – Kai. For this reason, do not feed your spirit the seeds of anger, violence, envy or resentment. Instead nurture the soul with seeds of love, hope, kindness, creativity, confidence, and joy. Learn to live each moment with humility, love, respect, and gratitude.
Going further, when you learn to admit that you were wrong, you can apologize for your mistakes. Learn to not take things personally and to build bridges instead of walls. Accept that everything is not always somebody else’s fault and learn to redirect the negative feelings. Learn to be grateful and take comfort in the little things. Ordinarily, clean water, a warm bed, a hot shower, clean clothes, and a refrigerator full of food are all taken for granted. Mark 11:24 (NIV) tells us “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Thus, there is no need to complain.
Similarly, as you learn to take responsibility for your own actions, you then take a stand for change. When you stand on your own you are taking care of yourself. What you send out into the world comes back to you. Therefore, when you take care of yourself everyone around you has to take care of you too. This is the importance of loving and championing yourself, which also builds confidence and self-approval. Learn to stop complaining and blaming other people for the things they did to you, or did not do for you. Learn to accept people as they are and to overlook their shortcomings and faults. We are all only human. Incidentally, forgiveness provides a sense of peace and contentment, anyhow.
Afterward, encouragement comes as you trust a loving, forgiving, all-wise Father. He will fortify and strengthen you. God wants to bless you and meet your every need. Being spiritual does not mean you have to be poor, nor does it mean you have to be rich. Just as importantly, it also does not mean that you have to let people walk all over you. Neither is true in any case. The promises of God are for your every need to be met and for you to prosper and be blessed. “My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippian 4:19).
When all your hopes are shattered and nothing goes as planned, now is the time for your breakthrough. Shattered dreams, adversities, and things beyond your control can wear you down from day to day. Now is the time to start all over again with someone else in command. God is with you always, you are not ever alone. His love for you is endless because you are His own. Even through your darkest hours, He is always near. Again, now is the time to stop playing church. Seek God with your whole heart and soul. He is in control. Romans 8:38-39 reads: “For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come; nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Yes, this is the attitude to have in these last days.
Learn from past mistakes and make more positive choices. Challenge yourself. What challenges you, improves you. Jump into life and enjoy your journey. Truly, that is the only way to improve your outcome or end result. Your steps are strategically ordered. You are never given a dream without the power to make it true. However, you may have to work for it. He has lifted this moment. Your yoke has been destroyed.
All things considered, faith IS greater than despair. Whatever may be, whatever may happen, lift your head high with gratitude and an eagerness to grow. Have no fear and do not worry. The best is yet to come.
Now... come out of your problems, come out of your situations, come out of failure, come out of your trials, come out of depression, come out of your troubles, come out of poverty, come out of your disappointments, come out of sickness, come ouf of frustration, come out of sorrow, come out of pain.
Walk into your destiny, walk into your breakthrough, walk into your promise, walk into your deliverance, walk into your salvation, walk into your dreams, walk into your healing, walk into your protection, walk into your calling, walk into your purpose, walk into your prosperity, walk into your inheritance, and walk into your victory. Glory to God.
Peace and Blessings,
Kai
